So Cute About The Author & Illustrator Sheryl Bearman is an artist and author who lives off the grid, on an island, in the rain forest. Through her art, writing and illustrations, she shares the natural beauty, complexity, and activity on her remote island in the Caribbean. Sheryl has been married for 35 years to her husband Gary. Together they enjoy, swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking with their 2 dogs, Lili & Margarita, and visiting the many natural local islands. 2019 Christmas Party & Art Project
My friend Cynthia and I, joined the local children and their families at the Christmas celebration at Sin Nombre restaurante. The party was held on one of the remote islands in the province of Bocas del Toro, Panama. It was an amazing day and beautiful trip. The island is about 20-25 minutes from where we live and we took my boat as the location was only accessible by water. All in all we helped nearly 80 children and after the art project was finished we all enjoyed a meal, played a few games and then thanks to many donations each child was given a wrapped Christmas gift.
